Mark's expertise lies in procurement and supply chain, SME business management, project and programme management, resource planning, system strategy and budget control.
Nicola Dickins
Director Health Social Enterprise
Nicola Dickins has been working with Social Entrepreneurs for over 20 years, helping them to develop social enterprise activity and diverse income generation routes through trading, commissioning, funding and social investment.
Her vision is to see a world where organisations choose to invest their profits into social purpose and thus sustainable and resilient communities can emerge.
Nicola leads the TRUSTECH Health Social Enterprise programme, establishing meaningful partnerships with entrepreneurs and companies to maximise positive outcomes for society.
Charlotte Haseler
Project Manager
Charlotte works in the Health Social Enterprise (HSE) team to provide support to new and existing social enterprise organisations that aim to improve health and social care outcomes.
In particular she manages the start-up workstream, that helps individuals and organisations that want to establish Health Social Enterprises or are at a stage where they need to grow.
Charlotte's expertise includes business/innovation management, social enterprise, business planning, market research and data analysis.
Richard Smith
Finance Director
Richard has held numerous finance director positions in the life sciences and healthcare sector, with both large multinationals and SMEs, including start-ups.
His wide experience, encompassing finance, sales and business development, and general business management, delivers sound and insightful financial management.
Richard's expertise includes financial planning and analysis, strategic planning, acquisitions, disposals,
in- and out-licensing and, business and intellectual property valuation.
Doug Stellman
Board Advisor
As a venture capitalist for 25 years, involved in the start-up, growth and exit of a significant number of technology businesses across the UK, in a wide range of sectors including healthcare, materials, software, electronics and manufacturing.
Since 2017 he has been working for TRUSTECH as a board advisor and consultant, supporting the company's role as a leading advisor to healthcare organisations on transformation through innovation.
Doug's expertise lies in venture capital, life sciences, finance and business development.
